The apartment is located in the best commercial and leisure area of Benalmádena, in Puerto Marina and Puerto Deportivo de Benalmádena. In this wide area you will find diverse and varied restaurants, pubs, cafeterias, ice cream parlors, recreational areas, a shopping center, supermarkets and theme parks. The apartment building is located in a fairly quiet area, giving a space with hardly any annoying shops.

A 2-minute walk away is the beach of La Carihuela.
