The apartment consists of 1 bedroom with a double bed, with a 32" LED TV, sheets, bedspreads and duvet; full bathroom with towels; living room with 43" 4K LED TV with satellite channels, Netflix and Prime Video, fireplace and a very comfortable double sofa bed; kitchen with refrigerator, microwave, coffee maker, washing machine, 3-burner ceramic hob with oven, crockery and cooking utensils and a small outdoor clothesline. It has air conditioning in the living room and bedroom; iron and ironing board. The apartment is located in the best area of Benalmádena, since it is within Puerto Marina and the Puerto Deportivo de Benalmádena.
In this wide area you will find diverse and varied restaurants, pubs, cafeterias, ice cream parlors, recreation areas, a shopping center, supermarkets and theme parks. The building where the apartment is located is located in a fairly quiet area, facing a space where there are hardly any annoying shops.
